Comfortable Stay Close to Everything

The location suited me well. It was just a short walk to the purple triangle. Bar food was tasty. I was grateful to be able to leave my car after check out (it helped a lot).
The shower temperature was hard to control. I struggled to get the water to cool down and maintain a constant temperature. I had to ask for help.

The rooms are clean and warm. The bed had a light duvet (perfect for a good sleep). The room also had good lighting.

The leisure center includes a pool, sauna, and whirlpool (it was so relaxing). The bar offers entertainment most nights. I found the location excellent and very close to public transport links.

The location is very convenient, opposite the bus and train stations.. The rooms included comfortable beds. The staff members were accommodating and friendly. The breakfast offered a great selection. The leisure center had a hot tub, which i found wonderful.
I experienced an issue with the shower. The water temperature became excessively hot and was difficult to adjust.

Check-in and check-out were efficient. Parking access was convenient. I enjoyed the evening music at the venue. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
The room decor looked outdated. Bottled water was not available in the room. The shower's water pressure was weaker than expected. I found this inconvenient.

Average stay with some issues.
poor soundproofingunclear instructions
My stay had some problems! The room's soundproofing was not good. I heard street noise clearly and every footstep from neighbors. The front desk staff seemed uninformed. I asked about parking and received unclear instructions, even after repeated questions. This made parking difficult.

The bar offered a nice atmosphere and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast had many options and everything tasted great, especially considering large tour groups occupied the hotel. I especially appreciated the hygiene routines during breakfast. The swimming pool and spa provided a relaxing experience after a busy day!
My room overlooked the road and noise was noticeable because the window didn't fully close. I heard corridor noise. The doors needed better soundproofing.

The location is ideal as it provides convenient access to the railway station and bus stops, both within easy walking distance. The city center is also a short 5-10 minute walk from here.

The room included comfortable beds with clean linen and great showers. The super clean bedrooms contributed to a relaxing stay. There was sufficient space for a family and amenities catered well to our needs after we returned from day trips.

The hotel offered a lovely dining experience with food I really enjoyed. My children also rated the hotel food as the best ever. Breakfast and dinner service ensured everyone was catered for and the range of options available met all our tastes.

the room had a light duvet and not enough lights it was not comfortable i found the toilet flush needing repair a bottle of water should be added too
